You provide the pieces and the photographs. We review each submission and, once accepted, prepare its illustration, description, cataloguing and presentation within the Exchange.

You simply decide what happens to the value you release.

You don’t need to be a Private Client of The Archivist Styles to become part of the Forever Piece Exchange.

Anyone can shop.

Anyone with an account can Covet.

And anyone with an approved piece can sell.

Create your Exchange account and email The Archivist Styles clear, good-quality photographs of the piece you would like considered.

Provide up to four photographs showing the actual piece, including labels, important details, signs of wear and distinguishing features.

We review your submission and contact you about the next steps.

If accepted, we prepare the listing, accompanying Amelia illustration and description, with the price and seller terms agreed before publication.

Every piece is reviewed. Nothing is automatically published.

For Private Clients, the Exchange can form part of your wider wardrobe experience.

Pieces identified during a wardrobe service can be considered for their next chapter, using suitable photographs supplied by you or already available from the service.

Perhaps your shoe portfolio is considerably more interesting than your stocks and shares.

We understand.

The Forever Piece Exchange treats exceptional wardrobes with the attention normally reserved for rather different portfolios.

When one of your pieces sells:

The treatment of payment-processing costs will be explained in the seller terms before you agree to list.

Your wardrobe can help fund the wardrobe you’re building next.

Your available sale proceeds become part of your Forever Fund. From there, you decide what happens.

Transfer your available funds to your registered bank account.

Keep your available proceeds towards something you have your eye on.

Use your available Forever Fund balance towards another purchase from the Forever Piece Exchange.

If your balance doesn’t cover the full price, pay the difference using another supported payment method.

Your account, transaction history and wardrobe records are private, with information used and shared as explained in our privacy notice and where required to complete transactions or meet legal obligations.
